Information:
*Above listed rates are based on 1 to 2 guests.
$30 per night 3rd person. Rates do not include 6% state tax
and 5% local tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates may be higher during Holidays and Special Events. We do
not guarantee specific room assignment, only room type and quoted
rate. Premium rates will apply for specific room assignment
if available.
Deposits:
A deposit of 33% of the total is required
to confirm a reservation. The balance is due upon check-in.
There are no refunds for early departures.
Payment at the Dunes Guest House:
Room payment is due upon check-in. Visa, MasterCard,
Cash or Travelers Check may be used at the front desk. No personal
checks will be accepted. $30 per person per day over 2. 11%
Tax added to rates.
Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is canceled at least 21 days
prior to the arrival date, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
If a reservation is canceled less than 21 days prior to the
arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited.
Meals:
Continental Breakfast daily 8am - 11am Daily.
Season:
Open year round. High Season December till
April.
Children:

Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Check-in time is 2pm till 6pm.
Check-out time is 11am.
Late check-in should be pre-arranged 48 hours prior to arrival.
